THE ENTRY
A television monitor is placed on the floor in front of an anthracite wall. The screen shows a person lying on the ground, captured from behind, standing out slightly from the surrounding darkness. Although the posture refers to a movement, the photographically arrested position leaves open what action the person is currently performing. The fact that the photograph is shown on a monitor emits uncertainty as to whether or not the image will move.
